How information flows through this website and our contact channels.

Zelia virtual assistant

The floating button opens the existing Zelia service. Google Dialogflow resources load only after you click this button. When you send a message, its content and the technical data required for the connection are sent to the Zelia service on Google’s infrastructure, not to the blog CMS.

The new website does not save these conversations in its editorial database and configures the widget without local chat-history persistence. This does not determine the records or retention periods maintained by the Zelia service; those details still require confirmation in the privacy review. Do not send personal data, health records or medical documents. The assistant’s guidance does not replace a health professional.

1. What this text covers

This document covers the Vem Prevenir corporate website, product pages and blog. The site provides information and directs you to contact channels. It does not receive health records, medical reports or health assessment responses.

The Zelia, Clube, Occupational Health Management and course platforms have their own processes. Consult the privacy information for those services within the environment where you use them.

2. Browsing and technical services

The application may receive technical data needed to deliver pages and protect access, such as IP address, time and browser information. Hosting-service records and retention periods will be confirmed for the final Hostinger environment.

Fonts load from Google Fonts, creating a connection between your browser and the provider’s servers. External font use must be included in the provider review before publication.

This version does not include analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or a profile and interests form. Reading articles does not require registration, and reader comments are not available.

The initial language is selected from your browser preferences. When you choose a language, the site saves only that choice (pt, en or es) in your browser’s local storage under vp-language until you change it or clear site data. This preference is not sent to analytics services.

3. Contact and Clube search

Choosing WhatsApp, phone or email opens the respective service. For WhatsApp, the site prepares a message about the page and button you selected. You can edit the text and decide whether to send it; the site does not send messages automatically.

The Clube partner search sends your search term to the current Clube portal and opens results in another tab. Registration, account access and partner enrollment also take place in that portal. The new site does not receive your membership credentials.

Share only the information needed for your inquiry. Avoid sending medical documents or sensitive data through general contact channels without guidance on the appropriate channel.

4. Team access to the blog

The article editor is restricted to authorized team members. It uses a session cookie to maintain access for up to eight hours. Logging out ends the session. Security controls limit login attempts.

The CMS stores editorial content, authorship, categories and images. Anyone with an uploaded image’s address may access it, even when it is used in a draft. Do not use this space for confidential documents, patient data or unauthorized images.

The private review environment may also require authentication through the hosting platform, separate from the editorial password.

5. Storage and external services

The current review environment uses Cloudflare database and image storage infrastructure. Production hosting will be on Hostinger; database, file, provider and backup configurations are still being defined.

When opening WhatsApp, social media, courses or the Clube portal, consult the destination service’s privacy information. This document does not replace that information or describe processing performed by those systems.

Retention periods for contacts, articles, images, technical records and backups must be defined and validated before this policy becomes final.

6. Questions and requests
